Thanks to our additional AI avatars, more lively dialogues, and streamlined performance of our new feature release 2025.4, we're making sure you get a more immersive learning experience. At the same time, My Learning Space, transparent mandatory courses, and automatic repetitions create more focus, motivation, and efficiency for learners and admins.
Additional Characters and More Lively Dialogues
We have added two more characters to our selection of realistic AI avatars. This allows us to offer even more variety for different training scenarios, target groups, and conversation situations.
In addition, we have further developed our realistic 3D characters technically for even more credible and immersive training dialogues:
• Two additional realistic avatars as AI coaches
• Technically optimized characters with improved rendering
• New variants with optimized lighting for more authentic faces
• Directly available in the Free Library and ready for immediate use in training
Soft skills develop through dialogue. And the more authentic this dialogue appears, the greater the learning effect. That's why we've taken our realistic 3D characters to a new level with the release of 2025.4. Optimized lighting ensures more authentic faces and more natural depth. New character variants create additional diversity and enable more differentiated scenarios. All models are available directly in the Free Library and can be used immediately in training.
However, what is particularly crucial is the further development of AI-controlled facial expressions and animations. Avatars now react with much finer nuances of expression: they hesitate, look skeptical, smile approvingly, or show irritation. This makes dialogues more lively, natural, and emotionally credible.
This way, emotions get real and you can actually feel them. When an avatar reacts to what you say, it makes the conversation feel real. Reactions feel genuine because you see right away how your words and actions affect others. And that's what makes it more likely you'll remember what you learned: the more realistic the simulation, the more you get into it, and the more you learn.
Soft skills cannot be learned from slides. They arise in dialogue. And this dialogue must feel genuine. With our Feature Update 2025.4, we are taking a big step closer to this goal: less “simulation,” more “experience.”
My Learning Space
Your Personal Learning Area
Most learners need to familiarize themselves with a new learning platform before they can begin learning. With our new My Learning Space, we create a clear, customized starting point for learners. Instead of a multitude of content, they only get to see what is truly relevant to them:
- All required courses at a glance
- Tailored recommendations bundled in one place
- No distractions from irrelevant content
The result? Less hunting around. Focused learning. Faster learning starts.
But we went one step further. Because first impressions often determine whether learning is experienced as a “must” or a “want.” That's why we've also fundamentally redesigned our onboarding process with guided tours for quick orientation and personalized elements to motivate new users.
This leads to higher activation rates, faster learner independence, and higher motivation right from the start. Getting off to a good start is crucial, especially in soft skills training. Those who feel understood are more open to reflection, feedback, and development.
With My Learning Space, we make learning more efficient and personal.
Mandatory Courses
Users can now mark courses as mandatory and highlight them for learners, including status indicators and due dates. My Learning Space has a separate section for mandatory courses for maximum transparency, supplemented by banners that draw attention to important deadlines. Overdue or upcoming training courses are automatically displayed at the top. This allows learners to immediately see which content has priority.
This allows learners to see what has priority and work more independently and proactively. Fewer forgotten training courses also mean less follow-up work for HR and higher completion rates.
Commitment is crucial, especially for mandatory soft skills training courses such as leadership, compliance, or communication. Not as a means of control, but as a means of guidance.
More Course Transparency
Much of the content, especially in the areas of compliance, leadership, and communication, loses its impact if it is only reviewed once. Behavior changes through repetition, not through one-time events. With the release of 2025.4, we are therefore introducing automatic repetition of mandatory courses.
Training courses can optionally be set to run for a period of 12 months. Once this period has expired, they become mandatory again without any additional administrative effort. This way, you ensure knowledge is retained rather than fading away, standards are regularly sharpened, and organizations gain in security and reliability.
This turns mandatory training into an integral part of the learning culture—not just a date in the calendar, but a recurring stimulus for quality and professionalism.
Course Notifications via Email
We have integrated new tools to ensure stable and transparent training experiences:
- Memory and FPS monitors for units
- Clearly defined collider and interaction rules
- Internal performance tests for mandatory courses
This ensures that training courses not only look good, but also deliver impressive technical performance.
Conclusion
Greater Focus, More Control, Improved Quality
With our 2025.4 release, we are making learning more personal, mandatory training more transparent, and authoring more powerful than ever.
This allows learners, administrators, and authors to benefit from clearer structures, better planning, and an even more realistic training environment.
