Award for “Best Immersive Learning Provider” for AI-based soft skills training at Learntec 2025.
Karlsruhe, February 6, 2025 – 3spin Learning GmbH and TÜV NORD Akademie GmbH & Co. KG were honored with the Immersive Learning Award in the special category “Best Immersive Learning Provider 2025” at LEARNTEC 2025. The prize was awarded for an innovative overall concept that combines immersive learning methods, strategic XR integration and AI-supported soft skill training into a holistic and pioneering educational approach.
The strategic implementation of the holistic blended learning portfolio includes internal communication and integration into the learning strategy. This involved preparing the entire TÜV NORD Akademie organization for new learning formats.
These VR training courses promote specific skills and support informal learning processes, while the “Learner as Creator” approach gives learners an active role. VR practical parts complement seminar topics and replace cost-intensive practical visits, which enables economic advantages and efficient multiple utilization.

LEARNTEC 2025 visitors had the opportunity to experience the concept on site, including guided tours, live demos and in-depth technical discussions with existing and new customers.
